Regular User Commands 

/cooldown status [channel] - Check cooldown status for a channel
/cooldown help - Show help information

Admin/Moderator Commands 

/cooldown set [role] [channel] [minutes] - Set a cooldown for a role in a channel
/cooldown remove [role] [channel] - Remove a cooldown for a role
/cooldown set_user [user] [channel] [minutes] - Set a cooldown for a specific user
/cooldown remove_user [user] [channel] - Remove a cooldown for a specific user
/cooldown override [role] [channel] [enabled] - Set a role to bypass cooldowns
/cooldown reset [user] [channel] - Reset cooldown for a user
/cooldown reset_all - Reset all cooldown configurations (⚠️ Cannot be undone)
